I'm on the hunt for one, Either that or Make one myself.
I have both of them, but not for eagle. If you decide to go open source and start design spark'n I can share my library. I've posted it several times in the past, but I don't think I had SNES conn's then.
Can you provide me with specs? such as pin thickness, pitch? Or any other crucial measurements?
I suggest you just measure them. The pitch is 2.50mm that's about the only spec there is. The width doesn't matter much, you can eye ball it almost. Go wider if unsure, you can always print out a copy on paper and compare it against an original PCB. I widened mine to the same width as NES pins so I could use 2.54mm pitched connectors and still make contact with both my programmer and the SNES.
Actually SNES connector fits right into protoboard. So whatever the measurements are for standard proto/breadboard are what I can use for my holes.
Oh you meant the female connector... Yeah that's nothing abnormal. I thought you meant male.
In fact, I found male SNES cart Eagle lbr's from somewhere on nesdev iirc. Ah yes, right here:
viewtopic.php?f=12&t=9236&start=15#p105786The library had both the unexpanded and expanded cart versions.
Check that link again. I updated my cart library with the socket pinout. It's a part variant for the CART-EXP part. You might have to use the SLOT-CUT part because of EAGLE's board size constraints on the free version (or maybe it was just the Itead board size limit, I don't remember...). It has all of the pins, it just has the long stabilizing tabs with the screw holes cut off in order to bring down the part width.
I already designed my own but I'll take a look into it if need be.
