Well this is my first post. Up until now I haven't had any reason to make one, everything I've done until now has been done before. Anyway here goes.
I recently created a Star Ocean English cart with a 26L6420, which of course is a pretty simple task. However that got me thinking that this chip might work for a single eeprom Tales of Phantasia with the right 16bit to 8bit conversion. So I have read everything I could find regarding this subject and it all revolves around using a 27C322. What changes would I have to make to the attached diagram, which was posted by lunaris a while ago, to replace the 27C322 with a 26L6420? I have a Madden 96 game that I'll be using as a donor for this project.
I completely realize there are easier ways to do this but I thought I'd give this a go first.
