Is there any simple way to convert NES to APK (android)?
Let me rephrase: If I want to bundle an NES ROM with an emulator hardcoded to run this ROM, which emulator for Android is designed for this use case?
I'm aware that touch screens aren't very good at representing button presses. But I'm told that dual virtual joysticks are workable: offer two touch areas in each corner, and treat the displacement since contact as a direction. "Tap", "hold", and "displace to edge of touch area" are four more inputs on each side. Which NES emulator for Android allows specifying how touch gestures will be translated into NES inputs in each game state? Or should I just learn Android programming and write my own emulator already?
