On the Wiki and in Blargg's apu_ref.txt block we get a statement like this:
"The version of the CPU in NTSC and RGB systems divides the 21.47727 MHz system clock by 89490."
Why 89490?
21.47727M / 89490 = 239.9963Hz
But with 89489 we get...
21.47727M / 89489 = 239.9989Hz
...which is closer to 240Hz.
So shouldn't we be using 89489 ??
