Slashdot is running a story about Gameduino, a video board that connects to an Arduino.
From feature list: "per-voice sine wave or white noise". If that's all they have for sound then they really fucked up that part. Come on, give us some pulse/saw waves.
A lot of people are making FPGA based game systems, but nobody is making games for them. Too many scroll demos and "calculator" games. I'm waiting for somebody to develop a more elaberate game like Sonic or Mario.
