I recently learned about RainWarrior's fix of the Startropics music, which reminded me of a little bug or oddity in Deja Vu's music. Not sure if this has been tackled already or not.
Attached to this post is an image of a recording of the NSF and the Game ROM, of NSF track 2 (with the pulse wave channels silenced). Anytime you see a gap is a point where the triangle drops out. You can see it happens in steady intervals, but it doesn't match the song's length and happens at "random" points musically. The NSF and ROM also differ a little in where the drop outs happen- the NSF misses the very first bass note right off the bat (it's not supposed to be an offbeat pickup, which sounds very musical and not like a mistake at first), while the ROM takes a while to have its first dropped note.
Just thought this was a little interesting- but a fix isn't nearly as important as the one for startopics, because this error doesn't trainwreck the music and you can hear the entire bassline just by listening to a couple different loops of the track.
edit: I haven't checked out all the tracks closely yet, but it happens in track 3 as well.
