So I found my RetroUSB cord completely torn out of the socket from the part that connects the USB to the NES controller.
I don't have money to buy a new one right now, so can someone help me fix mine? I broke open the back and there's 4 USB solder points. I figured out what they were
V-
V+
D-
D+
So the first two is ground, then voltage supply, and the second two are -data and +data right?
I looked at a color schematic for USB and tried to fix it but it just keeps saying the USB device is not recognized. The colors I set up from top to bottom were black, red, green, white.
My NES Advantage shown it was getting power through the LEDs though.
Can anyone help? Thanks.
