Interesting. Looks like something to do with horizontal addressing for sprite rendering is screwed up. Likely it is something wrong with the PPU (2C02). It is unable to assert the start and ending point for the sprite rendering on the line, and never progresses past one pixel of drawing.
i will look at it i look all over the internet and did not find anythingt thx for telling me what is probley wrong and i will look at it
Looks like the PPU itself is damaged, so the only possible fix is probably to replace the PPU.
should i just get a new nes
Moved thread from NESdev board to NES Hardware and Flash Equipment board.

That would be the easy thing to do. But someone with electronics repair experience might be able to fix it or salvage what still works. Maybe there is a bad solder joint or broken trace somewhere.
the chip looks find but am probely just going to get a new one
The chip wouldn't "look" any different if it had or developed a defect in the chip die. Since it is operating I'd think it's more likely a bad connection somewhere causing the problems. Replacing the PPU chip wouldn't necessarily be needed if it's just a bad connection somewhere. I'm not sure where you would get just a replacement PPU (or CPU) chip for the NES. They would only come from salvaged NES/Famicom systems.
I had a PPU go bad, exhibiting a similar sprite problem. All sprites were horizontally locked to 0 and had the wrong tile data. It seems the object parts develop issues easier than the background ones...
