With the exception of the two Japanese Mapper 155 games, no games are known to rely on any differences.
Why do you care?

I tried putting the demo of Super Bat Punsher on a SN rom board with MMC1B chp and all I got was scrambled picture, I swapped the chip to a MMC1A and it works perfect. I had the same problem with PWN adventure Z, but for that one you need the MMC1B if using the MMC1A you get messed up gfx. So thats why I want to know if its possible to mod the chip in some way. If the chips had standard pin pitch I would just socket it on my testcart but now i have to desolder each time.

Now that you say that, I do remember some weird hardware problems. But we haven't quantified them, unfortunately. And the only difference we have quantified (the difference between RAM behavior) doesn't explain the problems you're having.
Unfortunately, since we don't know what's going wrong ... we don't know how to modify things to fix it.
