I just dug my PAL nes out of my loft, only to find that most of the games are missing and the light justs blinks on and off when I try to play Zelda 1. I know that this means that the connectors are most probably dirty, as I cannot seen any of the out of shape. What can I do to remedy this? I've tried blowing on the NES and cartridge connectors, but to no avail. Could it be down to the fact the NES has not been switched on for five or so years? If I need to open the NES to clean/change anything what could you recommend?
