No cart only variant will bring more than their lesser rare counter part, at the exception of DK, DK Jr., Star Force, Alpha Mission, Gyromite, and.. (now that we can say it out loud) Mega Man.

For hangtab non-hangtab box, it is more complicated, and a non-hangtab Mario Arcade would be worth more than the hangtab version, tra lala tra lala.

DK3 is the easiest of the DK games to find in 3-screw format. DK Jr Math is (now) the hardest.

I'm pretty sure that one has no 3-screw version.

I've got a 5 screw Super Pitfall. I saw an auction BIN for $35 on ebay, but working with one data point it's hard for me to determine the value. If people are interested in these things, I'd be willing to trade mine.

By the way, this is my first post. Nice to meet you all.

Howdy, Brian. Just because of the relative rarity I'd say the one you have is probably worth 2-3x the price of a normal one. It's pretty tough to find, but it does show up enough that if you're patient and vigilant, you'll get one on your own. That kind of limits the top end of the price.

My estimate, if it's in really nice shape, about $20. If you see something sitting around up at eBay, it's a safe bet that it's on the high side.

Hey MillerSI, I have never seen a 3 screw Clu Clu Land, do you have a link to the picture you found? I tried searching with no luck.

Know any NES cartridge variants that I don't have on this list?

Let me know if you have confirmed any that I need to add! Thanks!

Oh yeah, a lot of them have the newer oval seals but some of the games didn't do as well on initial release and they stopped making them after their initial runs, so they never came out with another run later with the oval seal

I've never seen a Muscle 3 Screw and I've never seen a Soccer 3 screw. Find a copy of those and show Nintendoage proof. DK3 3 screw is valid. Lots of proof of that one. Zelda, Top Gun, Spy Hunter, Castlevania are all legit too and many copies of those 5 screws are out there. No one is debating you there.
