This specimen appears to have a patch of barnacles growing on its exterior, or worse, an eggsac cluster from having been spiderlorded.

Could be one of two things:

1. Cigarette burns. People tend to leave their cigarettes in one spot, and you get stuff like that.

OR

2. Heart-shaped glitter bling. It's all the rage now.

Feels the need to post 5 pictures but none zoomed in to the problem area.

It almost looks like gum to me. In the side view it looks like its actually up higher than it should be so I don't think it's a cig burn

My guess would be an sticky spot of coke and later some glitter got in it. Or like was said above, a heartshaped glittery sticker was stuck against it for a long time.

Looks like someone butted their smokes out on it while playing.
