42 in 1 and 82 in 1, I saw this for sale and I was wondering what its really worth.

These are the ones with the converter cart for the NES.

If you mean a 60-72 cart converter, then they are famicom pirates which are basically worth next to nothing. The converters are nice to have, but these kinds of pirates are so common, they aren't really worth anything. Some with better games are sometimes worth a little more.

The converter itself is worth about $10 - $15.
