Da'gum thats definitely a $17 well spent, especially for that CIB SNES. Sorry I can't help with the C64 stuff, I'm just as knowledgeable about it as you are I presume.

-------------------------
I'm on the hunt for any and all:
Game & Watch games and memorabilia.

PM me if you can help a brotha get way into a slice of any of these.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks to be perfectly honest I'm not all that big of an SNES fan. I'll probably end up selling it fairly soon. I try to play SNES it just doesn't hold my interest like NES/N64

I hit up a 40 block long string of garage sales while finding NOTHING but today was much better fortunately

I got a giant Satan head and I saw an ad that said they had old Nintendo stuff so I went and I was shocked to find 6 CIB's. Adventure Island, Super Mario Bros 2, Super Mario Bros 3 (x2) and Millipede (x2) so I opened them up and was disappointed to find that they had no games inside haha.

Pretty nice finds the past two posts! Sucks that the NES Boxes didn't have games in them, but man the Marios look minty. Also, really cool find on the SNES briefcase. Nice hunting!

All the boxes in the past two posts are very very minty, minus a small bit of scuffing on the Super Mario Kart. Also, there's a hanger sticker thing stuck to Super Mario Bros 2 which I can't take off without ripping off some of the cover art so it's stuck on there. Other than that everything is great condition.

I have a Mac so I couldn't get Roller Coaster Tycoon for it but I was finally able to find it for Xbox. Also, this Sonic/Monkeyball Deluxe split is supposedly pretty rare so that's good too.

I paid $5 for the pair

Edit: and now I'm all mad because I just realized I can't play Roller Coaster Tycoon, I thought all games were backwards compatability

I hit up a ton of yard sales today but didn't find anything cool, hit up a flea that usually has nothing but a ton of overpriced commons but got fairly lucky today:

Got Chubby Cherub for $5 and the Mario Tennis NFR for more than I would have liked to spend although still more than enough room for profit. It had the sticker on the back that said it was demo only so I tried to pull the whole "it's only a demo, not the real game" thing but he didn't speak much english so he just kept saying that it was Mario over and over again and that other guys there were selling it for $40+ (unfortunately that's true but I paid much less)

The NFR is for sale so I didn't say how much I paid, you can PM me with offers

Hit up the Flea where I got Chubby & the Mario Tennis NFR yesterday and found a table that had an NHL 97 PS1 game so I dug through some boxes and I found Shadowgate, Dragon Warrior & Color Dreams' Silent Assault

I only wanted SA and he said $5 for it but he'd do all 3 for $10 so I said sure because I didn't have either of the others yet.

Hit up a bunch of other sales but no more luck aside from some overpriced game boy games (guy wanted $9 for green GBC and $3 a game for 8 games) which I turned down.

Pretty good deal. The only unlicensed games I've EVER seen in the wild were Tengen commons.

I see Tengen all the time I just don't really care much about them to collect them. I saw about 5 different ones today (a couple duplicates) but they were going for about $5 each. Don't have much interest though so I was content with passing.

This is my second Color Dreams, I have a black cart King Neptune's Adventure too that I got for a good deal.

Edit: I realize it's not really a find but I also snagged a few guys on streetpass on my 3DS at the flea and nabbed a few of their Pokemon on Pokedex 3D

Hit up a yard sale today and the guy knew the value of most of his stuff but I got all this stuff for $37

Yoshi, Lufia 2, Final Fantasy and the mintiest Mario Bros 3 I have ever seen.

Got a couple sweet beer steins too

Edit: Also, I have a Super Mario 3 with a Mattel logo on it but this one doesn't, is there any difference in the value of the 2 boxes?

Thanks guys

I get lots of cool small finds, not many huge ones lately. I have a policy never to walk by a thrift store/flea market so I see a lot.

Thanks Twitch for the Mattel help!
