Yea thats an obvious scam, she has the condition marked as new. With a reseal so many things could be inside instead of MM1. If she didn't have the negative feedback, I'd say with the random items she is selling, she just thinks its new. but clearly she did some research with a 1000 price tag and should know better. I'm surprised she is even sending items, because with all that negative feedback, its clear that she doesn't care she might as well ship rocks with DOC.
I found two sealed games a month ago in a thrift store. One is from 2000 Pokemon gold the other is Zelda lttp GBA, I also found two sealed 1993-1985 GI JOE vehicles thrifting 2 years ago. I assume both of my finds were gifts made by parents that they forgot to give/misplaced and found years later. I kept the games and got 360 for the GI Joe vehicles.
In 1999-2001 I found a Code Named Viper sealed on a walmart shelf in tallatrashy along with taboo the 6th sense for NES. Still have it too with the walmart stickers on
.
So it does happen, but yea in the above case no.
