No offense guys, but although the layout is getting a lot more impressive, where's my comic?

I sent in the revised PDF with Otto's article fixed. It should be updated when Dain wakes up in the morning.

Sorry Limbo. I have one screw-up every issue.

Thanks! We always aim high! And a little to the left so it doesn't splash back!

Great to see the eZine back in print! Thanks for the work putting it together guys.

Don't forget that this won't write itself, this needs articles from everyone!

Do you have a favourite obscure game? Write it up! Do you have an interesting pirate cart with some interesting game hacks? Write it up! Do you know of a particular artist that worked on a number of NES games where there's a noticeable theme in their work? Write it up! Is there a small company that only developed a few gems for the NES? Write it up! Do you know of a game whose NES port was substantially worse (or better) than another platform? Write it up! Have you played a game to death and know every secret and interesting fact about the game? Write it up! Have you notice mario (or other character) evolving through his games? Write it up! Do you have a collection of joypads where some work better than others? Write it up! Have you had experience with the handsfree controller? Write it up! Do you have a story about a big flea market trip? Write it up!

Good stuff, but so, ummm, why couldn't you guys add my comic to the end or something? It's just a page.

We banked a few articles and items for next issue. We don't want to "blow our load" all at once on one issue.

Yeah, but it was skipped last time by accident. I mean, if you intentionally decided not to put it in because of space, that sucks. Plenty of space, you used one whole page for the Expo ad, which is fine, I want to go myself, but heck, that could have been my page and you could have put the ad at the end. Man, I worked hard on that.

I thought the price guide was going to just be filler but it sounds much better done than someone just guessing at prices. One suggestion would be to list approximately how many sales of each game are being used to generate the numbers that month. It would be especially useful for the rare carts that may not see any for a few months, but still have a price listed.

One suggestion I have for the price guide is to make the game titles consistent with the database that is here on NA. I checked off all my games on it and it was hard to find some. For example, The Adventures of Bayou Billy is listed on the database as "Adventures of Bayou Billy, The". In the price guide, it's just listed as Bayou Billy making it hard to locate. There were several others I noticed different too and they didn't all seem consistent with how others in the list were listed.

I was a bit skeptical of the price guide as well, but if you saw the searches that was used to generate the info, WOW!! I was very impressed after seeing all the hard work Dan had done. I also keep the suggestions coming guys, we are learning as we go on this stuff, and always like to hear feedback.
