After reading about Baseman's find at a video store in NO this is great. I was driving in a town close by here and saw a small video store. I thought I'd turn in and check things out. I walk around and I'm not seeing any games. I thought, "I'm gonna look a little bit more, and if I don't find anything, I'm leaving." In the very back, they have a some Sega games and that catches my eye (and gives me hope). I look around at that shelf and start to see NES, SNES, Sega and N64 game boxes. Anyway, long story short, I end up going back to the video store when the lady that I needed to talk to was there and I she sold me 11 games FOR 1.99 EACH. I haven't gone through the boxes yet to see if they are complete, but some of them feel like it, but most don't. The list of the games will follow and I will add pictures as soon as I can find my camera!

Here's the list of games:
Defender of the Crown
Deja Vu
Impossible Mission II (American Video Entertainment)
Legacy of the Wizard
The Magic of Scherazade
Mission Impossible
Mega Man X (SNES)
Metal Fighter
Starship Hector
Tiles of Fate
Rocket Ranger

They had more games, and I will probably go back and pick up most of the rest. Some of them have some sun damage, but most of them are in GREAT shape. I'd be willing to make a trade for some, as I have a VERY INCOMPLETE collection of carts.

EDIT:
I opened up all the games (they were resealed by the video store)I found out that NONE of them have the original manual. However, most of them have the original inserts (sales posters, warranty cards, nintendo power subscription cards, etc. I am pretty bummed that none of them have the manuals.

Here are pictures (finally) of the boxes and games that I scored. Let me know what you think...

Nice find! You should ask the lady whether they have the manuals anywhere. I got about 500 NES manuals once for $5, they were all placed together in two boxes behind the counter, to be used for photocopying when the photocopied manuals would be lost/damaged. Chances are that the video store that you went to has them somewhere in the back or behind the counter as well

Man, Speedy, I wish that I would have read your post earlier. I went back to the video store to buy the rest of the ones that I wanted and I could have asked her about it then. The video store is about 40 minutes away from me. Oh well, I'll call her and ask her if she has the manuals. If she doesn't, I guess I'll be looking for manuals to complete the game... if she does, maybe I can get her to give them to me. Thanks, Speedy, I'll let you know how it goes.

Well, I called today and they said that all they had was in the game box itself... That means that I'm short all these manuals. These were. however, a great boost to a fledgling collection. I went back and picked up the following games:

Jackal
Tiger-Heli
Total Recall
Captain Skyhawk
The Rocketeer
Cybernoid

You said all the inserts were in the boxes. If that's the kind of thing you're not into, I'd gladly take them off your hands. There's a few in particular I'm trying to find, but I'll take anything available.

"It's always amazing to me how some of the most worthless games from a gaming perspective tend to fetch outrageous amounts of money. But then again, it could be said that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I'm curious if the high bidder of the $873.04 Stadium Events (cart-only) realizes that it's nowhere nearly as rare as about 20+ games I can think of that sell for 1/10th that amount?  At any rate, I wanted to draw attention to this trend: if people say it's rare, it must be true, and therefore it must be had at any price."
