Hello there local NAers. I live in Livonia, MI and will be having a large garage sale today. I am only having it for one day; my family has a large on in the middle of summer usually, but this year we are hosting one now only lasting a day.
If you are local and want to come check it out, chat and possibly make some deals look for the signs around the city/ check the local CL posting; you'll find the address quickly. Let me know you are from NA and I will give an additional 15-20% off whatever you are interested in. I have prices on nothing, and will be just spitballing prices/ listening to offers. I have some nice uncommon/rare NES, SNES, N64, and Genesis games, along with various other rares here and there for other systems, and then some common stuff. The systems should all work, but a few have the disk trays opening, etc. All the games should be good to go with the exception of one or two of the PS1 discs (didn't really check everything as there is too much, but members know how disc based games go. I gave all the carts/Gensis and PS1 cases a quick wipedown and got grime off (for the most part) on the carts. As it becomes afternoon and I/my family can condense some of our sold stuff space, I may bring out my TV and hook up the AVS for a testing spot and some advertising to the public; I am playing it by ear as I don't want it to get messed up at all as it is still super fresh and I don't want a garage sale ruining that mintness. I have a few sheets printed off giving basic info aboyt Bunny's site and whatnot. I will try to get the AVS some exposure to the local nerds if the sale isn't too packed and I have room to move and discuss it with people.
Hope to see local members here. It will be busy, but I would defiantly enjoy talking to some of the locals around me. My tables will be on the lefthand side of the garage (will be obvious).
EDIT: begins at 9am and goes until 5-6 (which the ad states)
pictures of what UC/R stuff I have, plus a group photo of everything will (hopefully) be posted soon. Of course, Photobucket and/or my internet is being lame at the moment so I'll try again shortly.
