I doubt any of those would fetch over $10, Manuals on the game boy seem to only be worth as much as their cartridges, and often times less. A good example would be that a centipede accolade manual is definitely rarer than any of those manuals, but I doubt that even it would fetch over $10. So my guess would be between $5-$10 each for the rarer manuals in that picture.
GB manual demand is but a fraction of their boxes. If you want a premium for them, you'll have to sit on them until you find a collector with a CB that they are trying to complete. If you don't do that, then yes, maybe $10-$15 a manual, best case scenario. At auction I wouldn't expect any of them to break $10.
