Just a FYI, if you screw up the fix you're probably out of $200. Personally I'd just send it back to RetroUSB, they will get you taken care of.
My system's USB port snapped off back in January and they replaced it. This was before the redesigns were in so I am not sure if they repaired my old system or modified a replacement board. Still, I opened it up upon receiving it back and the old style USB port is there. Two rods were mounted on the board with nuts on them on each side holding down the USB port. That sucker's not coming out now. Seems like a better solution to me than all the work that guy had to do in that video.
Of course if you send it back to them now I figure you will get an updated board. Just a guess anyway.
