Cleaning out my miscellaneous gaming collectibles/store displays and trying to sell off some of the excess when I found this.  I can’t seem to find any info on this on Google or eBay.  Anyone have any ideas?

On the value I mean. I was working in the store when it came in so I know all of those specifics.
