Hey everyone! So I am new to the forums clearly. I have been getting more and more into retro gaming over the years, as I have become really dissapointed by the newer generations of games. There are always a few that I enjoy, but for the most part I find myself bored and uninterested. I decided to head back to the games from my childhood, and now I remember why games are fun again   I have been playing a mix of old consoles, Old PC games, and new indie games. Nintendo in particular is one of my favorites, and its been a blast revisiting games. I was pretty young when I had an NES, so I am finding appreciation for games that I hardly remember playing. I do a mix of emulation and my actual console from my childhood that I still have. Looking forward to chatting with you all and especially participating in community game playing.

Very true, but I don't need sealed shit    I am not an illogical person.  IMO that is asinine but hey whatever.  I do wish I was one of the lucky few who had this stuff so i could capitalize but I am not.  Anyways enough with that, good luck solidus!

In case anyones interested, lately I have been targeting GB/GBC and GBA carts for collecting. Ive decided not to go CIB because honestly its a bit tough for those systems and I really cant afford the premium. I do plan to either print out my own cardboard boxes or do a cassette box custom case with labels.. still havent decided. I also am into collecting retro Nintendo handhelds.. I have a bunch of stock and modded DMGs, GBC, GBAs, etc. I really love the games that were squeezed into those old limited resource handhelds

The Isle of Koholint is but an illusion...
Human, monster, sea, sky...
A scene on the lid of a sleeper's eye...
Awake the dreamer, and Koholint will vanish much like a bubble on a needle...
Cast-away, you should know the Truth!

Neat, do you mod them yourself or buy them that way? I'm a huge GB geek. And I agree about CIB collecting. You see people who pay a lot of money for rare boxes in "good" condition, and they've got worn-down corners and eeeehh, cart only is fine lol.
