Man!  Still waiting on mine and my NWC 1990 cart.  I thought it was here today since we had a key to the lock box, but it was some crap my wife ordered, shoes or somethin', so disapointed.  Oh well, they should be here first part of next week.

I just got done loading up a pile of ROM's into the powerpak. Took me a few minutes to figure out how to format it, because I was to stupid to hit file format apparently After that it was cake, very simple to use. I have been playing unreleased roms and repro roms all day. I doubt I will ever buy another repro cart ever, no need for one. So SWEET!!!!!

Got mine today, but was disapointed to find out that my old 16MB CF cards appear to only format to FAT12...not FAT16...dammit.

Ordered a 256MB card cheap, so should get that next week, though.  Now I have this cart burning a whole in my desk wanting to be played...the anticipation!

Besides the sticker, it came with cool FC holder as well that I had never seen before. I scanned them both for your viewing pleasure.

Very nifty...I shouldn't have cheaped out since it ended up costing me the same in the end anyway!

I guess I should read this stuff.  Interesting, but expensive product...  Still, it'd be cool to play my rom hacks and some Famicom games on the real NES without having to make repros...

Can someone please explain how the save mechanism works?  Will it create new save files or do you need to copy the save file from an existing save?

It will not create new files for you, you either have to use a save from an emu or create an empty 8K dummy save (you can download one from his site).
