Specifically, what inserts came with three games. I am more interested in the nintendo leaflets. I'm sure all came with a reg. card.:

All Gameboy Original:
Battle Bull
The Flash
Marble Madness

Any help on this would be appreciated. 

My copy of The Flash only has the "danger do not open" insert. It came from a collection that was fairly untouched so that may be the only one. Can't say for sure though.
