I believe the location (the address on the manual) is now considered part of Humble, TX. This is just outside Houstan.

NGD dug and dug and dug looking for info on these guys and i think we came to the conclusion that it was just a rebranding by NTDEC/MegaSoft/Caltron and not a new company.

Ah, I didn't know that.  Very cool info.  That would make sense as to why there is limited information regarding the Myriad company and it's near immediate bankruptcy.

we looked into state business records and found a company registered in the Houstan area that went defunct sometime in the early 90s registered as a MEGA SOFTWARE (IIRC)

The Myriads were assembled in Kingwood Texas (The hometown of Mark's ex-girlfriend).  That's why they're always found in Texas.

lol lot of hard work slapping a sticker on a cart.   but i do guess they had to make the box and manual. but the very poor quality they probally just used a local print shop.

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.

Hahaha!  Hey, I'm not commending their craftsmanship or anything.  I'm not going to lie though, I think an uncletusk poster created from the box art would be pretty kick-ass.

guy called me a dick, but i deserved it. figured i'd give his thread a bump so he doesn't make another stupid thread about his game/the rarity/the orgin and how we are a dumb community for helping him out with a price idea.

"It's always amazing to me how some of the most worthless games from a gaming perspective tend to fetch outrageous amounts of money. But then again, it could be said that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I'm curious if the high bidder of the $873.04 Stadium Events (cart-only) realizes that it's nowhere nearly as rare as about 20+ games I can think of that sell for 1/10th that amount?  At any rate, I wanted to draw attention to this trend: if people say it's rare, it must be true, and therefore it must be had at any price."

That makes sense. Game exchange went out of business around here. No wonder the retards didnt have it in their database. They have Zelda for $30, and Mario's Time Machine for $3. Man did I love their $1 bin. Got so many R6+ from it.

i got little samson where i work for 5 bucks as well. Im keeping that one though. I actually got little samson before i worked there. I got so much stuff there i cant even remember. Its one of the last untapped game stores i had ever been to. Just to name a few. Godzilla 2, Little Samson,RC Pro-Am II, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Pocky and Rocky 2, Castlevania IV CIB, Ninja Gaiden III,  Battletoads Double Dragon, Alfred Chicken, Resident Evil Gaiden (for you game boy collectors) All these games for 7 bucks or less. Several other games as well but thats just what i can think of on top of my head. Many free hard cases and dust sleeves as well.

also non nintendo related Final Fantasy VII Black Label complete for 34.00 after employee discount
