This is an item I've been looking for that was released around 2006-2007 as part of a giveaway to gamestop employees when Yoshi's Island DS came out. They were pretty limited and as far as I know not sold in stores, and now they just kind of pop up here and there every so often.

I'm looking to pay around $450 for one that's complete in box, but I could be willing to go higher depending on the condition, so make me an offer! I can pay through paypal or money order and can provide ebay feedback if there are any doubts. A picture of the figure for reference:

Depends on the offer. Also it's starting to crack a little and I don't know if it would arrive safely. I've been debating seeing if I can get it laminated to preserve it

Not sure what something like that would be worth, but considering its material I'd guess probably more than a poster. Maybe $120-150? I would guess that getting it framed would help to keep it intact also.

I actually have one of these statues. I got it several years ago in a trade with a good friend. He was (and still is) a store manager for Gamestop. They were only given out to store managers that had taken the time to fill out a survey for Nintendo, then their names were randomly drawn.

From what I've been told, only 75 were made to be given out to the Gamestop store managers that won them. I read an article a few years ago that agreed with this number, but it also said that there were possibly 25 more that were sold in the Nintendo World Store in NYC.

They were only made one time for the Yoshi's Island DS launch so apparently there are 100 or less of these in the whole world.

Here's a few pics of mine I took a couple days ago. There's also a picture of the "Warning Letter" Nintendo sent out with each statue.

It also came with a white outer shipping box that everything in the pics above came in.

The bubble wrap on the box you see is form fitted for the box....really nice touch....

The white piece you see on the nose of Yoshi is just a small piece of styrofoam packing that I missed before I took the pics...
