There r no nes titles that r commercially available as they are all out of date and u can no longer buy a commercially released nes title at any retailer nation wide

He means that if a game was commercially available (i.e. released officially), it is forbidden to sell reproductions of it. For example, you can't sell a reproduction of NES US Final Fantasy because it was released here in the US. However, you can sell a NES US Final Fantasy II reproduction because that was never released in the US.

If it's the pink licensed-style shell Panesian repros that I've seen, it's probably okay. I don't think any repro maker has managed to duplicate those unique Panesian carts, have they?

I'm also interested in what the "black box Zombie Nation" looks like. Because that's a new one for me.

So what yer saying is. It is illegal to the forums to buy these games from other NA members to add their uniqueness to my personal collection but then to resell them is illegal to the forums as well? Well shit!

Just don't sell the repros of games that can pass for legitimate games sold in North America here.

Right, most of your stuff is probably not 1:1 bootlegs, so it won't be a big deal. If your test carts are identical they are a no-no.
