Does anyone remember the fun fruits or fruit chews or whatever you want to call them that Nintendo made? They are kinda like Gushers but without the juice in the middle - just to kinda help paint a picture. They had shapes like mario, luigi, princess, stars, mushrooms, etc. Reason I ask - if anyone else can remember as well - is because they ran a promotion in that if you found a blue Princess Peach then you won a free NES system. Anyone remember this? I remember my step dad would watch me and my brothers eat them (I was like 5 at the time so about 18 or 19 years ago) so that if we came across the blue Princess he could snatch it before we ate it! lol

I used to get them as a kid all the time... I started collecting some of the candies recently, just so I can have them in 10-20 years time.

I always wondered about promotions like this, such as the ones that used to be for M&Ms.  I would imagine that it would say 'You've won!' somewhere inside the box or package rather than you mailing someone a piece of the candy.  There had to be a mark somewhere that they would have had for verification.
