Lately I've been thinking of selling this controller that I picked up many, many years ago, Direct from a Nintendo Employee. I was wondering if there's any interest now, especially since the GC has finally retired.

Some cool things to note:

Kidney shaped B button (soooo much more comfortable, I donno why they changed it)

Start button is different

Cat9 cable for the cord, instead of a normal plug

nub for the Z button

Seethrouigh back with "Ver. B" Sticker on it

I wonder if someone with wiring knowledge of how gamecube controllers are wired could build an adaptor to go from RJ45 to Gcn plug for this... Wait wait, If i had an adaptor like that, and knowledge of gamecube controller protocols, i could send data from my PC (ie scripted button presses) to my gamecube.

Hmm, looks like there's not too much interest in this controller by the number of posts. Guess I'll sit on it for another decade .

If anyones curious, it sold for $199 pretty quickly. I'm thinking I under-priced it a bit...
