How much do these things usually sell for? It has several Pokemon games on it (including Pokemon Green, which is a poorly translated version of the Japanese game) and a bunch of other big titles like DuckTales and Tetris.

As far as I know, it's more of whatever someone is willing to pay type item. I've seen them go for as little as a few dollars to quite a bit more. I think it's really down to trusting if the games are solid, battery will last or not, quailty of the cheap hk built pirate cart. One I had, GB style, a few years ago was picked up for $10USD and it had like 16 games of which 12 were unique. Currently I have a 115-in-1 NES cart, cost me $35 shipped from a member here out of Canada so stuff really can vary.

Like the others said, it really depends on what the buyer is willing to pay. But as far as I know, if you can get $20 for a multicart, then you are doing just fine.

Well, it looks like it has all of the Pokemons on it, so that should boost the price up I would imagine. Pokemon games are always hot items.

They never have the real RPG pokemons (at least none I have seen) they have some hacked adventure/platform game.
