So I was looking for a few online deals, and I stumbled across this on Walmart.com:




Obviously, this is probably just a place-holder for Zelda WiiU, but does the title actually mean/foreshadow anything about the upcoming game?

They've had that placeholder for a looong time. Pretty sure Amazon and Gamestop do as well.

Second mainline Wii U Zelda game if you count WWHD, maybe? Either way, I doubt it means anything at all.

I see more of a comparison to the original than Zelda 2, but I'm confident this is not a reboot.  I just thought it be an interesting topic to discuss.

Once upon a time, retail databases listed Majora's Mask as Zelda 2. Stupid, I know.

The placeholder for this was up about a year 1/2 ago. Started at $99.96, at least it is going down in price lol.
