Hey man, I skimmed through the site again. I remember my REV-A Power Blade box has a typo on the back, says "Power Balde" on one of the captions. Not sure if they're all like that.
Also, I I think you made an error on N64 Top Gear Overdrive. Top Gear Overdrive is an Expansion Pak compatible game. That being written on the box is not an error. The US version also has Expansion Pak on the box. Can't comment on the rating though.
And one more, I don't know how common this is with SNES games, but George Foreman's KO Boxing on SNES doesn't have the games title written on the end label:

there were several snes games without top names i do beleive it was intentional.
about top gear overdrive i didn't really look at the picture to see if i could see the typo
look under the picture of the rumble pack i will update it with the correct info

yes it was pretty much had several extra pages bound into the near center including the cover and a few pages after there were other pages not bound inside the manual as well
Space harrier for 32x. The printing is offcentered pretty badly. You can see the outlines of the characters are shifted quite dramatically. The colors are also faded. I don't know if this is sun faded or if it was bad printing.
Gradius 3&4 for ps2. On the back, the letter 'M' has been cut out from the ESRB rating. Leaving "ILD ANIMATED VIOLENCE".
FIFA Football 2005 for Gizmondo. This is a sealed copy. The coverart has been cut badly. It has been cut too short on the front's right side, and too far on the back's left side. You can see how off center it is by looking at the spine.
Halo Reach for Xbox 360. I bought this game brand new and it was missing one of the tabs that holds the manual in place. It wasn't even loose or broken off inside the case. It was simply missing.
IDK why the pictures become all jagged when I upload them here.
I will upload some more soon. These will be some typos from manuals I have noticed.
ooh nice stuff there the fading looks to be from light damage (ie sun or florescent ) notice in the yellow it seems to not be faded a bit below the word genesis as if something was blocking the light. other then the fading that's a nice printer justification error
on the gradius nice off set typing there my bet the M was indeed printed just printed on the black rendering it invisible
fifa one is neat as well that will be the first for a tiger system. kinda scary how everyone liked the tiger's sticky balls
the halo reach one is hard to prove but appears to be factory damage
