Trying to see how many really great movies there are that are under 90 minutes. I'm not talking about short films or anything like that. Right now I can only think of some old Universal Horror movies like Dracula, Frankenstein and Invisible Man, all are like 70 minutes.

Horror films, animated films, classic hollywood films, some comedies, lots of anime

What are you looking for?

If you are looking for suggestions. Try Freaks. Classic film that is just over an hour long.

Freaks is brilliant. I'm trying to find any movie that's under 90 minutes that's excellent. I like all kinds of movies, let's make a list. I watch a lot of movies and I'd like to have a few short ones in between to bang out.

By the way, I just bought a halloween mask of a character from American Horror Story. I never watched the show but one of the characters is based on a real life circus performer from Freaks. Schlitzie is the character.

I mean if were including animated, most Disney movies are under 90 minutes. I think Dumbo might even just barely miss the 60 min mark.

The original House on Haunted Hill (75 min)
Also Primer (77 min), one of my favorite movies ever, which is great because you basically want to watch it start to finish again right after seeing it.

Lots of anime and animation comes in just under 90 just because it's expensive, although I don't think that fits the spirit of what you're looking for. But I mean, I'd say Toy Story is an all time classic under 90.

Primer is the shit. My favorite non-Star Wars movie.
