I have 3 sets of these cards. One of them cosists of them still in the pages of the Magazines. A couple 100 loose cards. 4 more Nintendo Power magazine sets from 1 to 100+ and appx. 500 more NP magazines piled up in boxes.
Need to drop what I'm doing right now and let you know what I come up with.

Another thing to note in trying to complete this set is... the higher the card numbers the fewer there are. Shhh... there could be some money to be made in hoarding these things. Vintage Baseball cards are the same way. You never know.

I saw someone selling some of the back variations on ebay.

Honestly, I'm just going to stick with the 4 major variations and call it a day. I'm not going to try to find every variation on the back.

I am looking to replace my Marble Madness. When I was removing it, I tore the corner. That one is pretty hard to find though.

Outside of that, I have all of the cards, the 4 major variations, the gold cards, and also the 10 additional sets that I have listed above. I'm going to be happy with that and not worry about the minor back vairants.

Finally got my last card! Marble Madness replacement. So my collection, with the 4 major variants, is complete.

Now, the only two items I need for my non-game NES collection that I want to complete is a dog bone controller for the top loading NES and the Super Macho Man Punch Out trophy in a box.

 trying to finish my set of super power club cards im looking for 18 mon-,28 box-, 36 adven-, 37 it in, 44 Operation Booby Trap 1992 variation short copyright, and earthbound pogs.

Anyone else just keep them in the original magazines they came in? I like to keep everything original to what it was back when...which is hard since kids just loved to fuck up those magazines -_-

What is a good price for the golden "collector's edition" cards? I can buy them but they're not cheap. I was thinking of using them as a trade, they look pretty nice (much better than the standard ones).

Hey all, it's been inactive for awhile so hope I'm not too late to the thread.

Anyway, I just discovered my old incomplete collection and would like to round it out.  I'm missing quite a few but have a stack of doubles as well if anyone is interested.

Those Street Fighter 2 Turbo cards came attached with the Nintendo Player's Guide.

I don't collect these cards, but I do have a bunch of those "standalone sets" as you call them and tons of other unpunched cards still on the sheets.

With the help of Nintendopower4ever I have my last 2 cards on the way to complete my tearout set. Along the way I had purchased a binder with cards for $30. I had been annoyed at the time becuase they were the collectors editiion cards and the numbers were not sequential so I figured it was incomplete and I had wanted the regular versions to complete my set.  Looks like I was wrong as there are 50 cards. Also looks like the collectors edition cards are going for big money these days
