Price check on this Nintendo gym bag? I've never seen another one like it. I got it while working at Nintendo.
UPDATE: Now listed on eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/202502896619?ul_noapp=true

If you want to roll the dice, and actually want to sell it, put it up for auction like I did with that little Legend of Zelda stamp.

But if one of these has never sold, and you've never seen another one... who knows!

(also, the provenance is worth something by itself, in your case, obviously!)

Howard feel free to make a thread in collectors corner if you just want to show off any cool stuff you have, a lot of your items might not have any known value and most of us would be very interested in just seeing them.

Plus, you might get an offer that would be difficult to say no to

I second this request.

As you are well aware, people around here can get a bit CRAZY for these vintages, official odds and ends.  If for no other reason than having documentation of this stuff, having a post outlining these items, whether you want to sell them or not, would be very beneficial for historical reference.

Collector's corner for just showing off, yes but... since I am interested in getting NA member's price check guestimates isn't this the appropriate forum? (you tell me

Technically yes, but this is a bit of a special situation. Price check doesnt get as much traffic as CC, so there is a better chance at input from someone who may not visit price check as often. Plus you probably have stuff most of us havent seen, and that is preferable to be in CC just for historical reasons.

No one will say anything if you ask for additional pricing check information in a thread in CC.

I was thinking around $100 but, not much Nintendo of America merch is dated 1984. You average person in NA was unaware of Nintendo until the NES hit the home console market.

$250.

This would basically be merch for them as an arcade game manufacturer.

Almost correct ; ) by 1984 Nintendo of America was also distributing Game & Watch hand-held electronic games in addition to Arcade games...

My point was Nintendo was not the house hold name that folks would later become familiar with. Growing up in the 80's and 90's I remember parents using Nintendo as another word for playing video games.
