After several years of it collecting dust on my shelf, I finally pulled my PowerPak out and I'm trying to figure out how to use it.  I have downloaded/installed PowerMappers and read the manuals and readme files, and I understand technically how to Save and Load states using a .POW file.  What I am struggling with is how to manage save states, meaning how do I know what is saved where and prevent myself from accidentally overwriting saves from other games?  It doesn't seem like there are any identifiers on the save slots or any protections to prevent them from being overwritten.  Is there some common way people manage their save slots to keep track of them?  Do you create a separate .POW file for every game you want to save?  Any advice would be appreciated!
