How about a few hundred CIB games? I'd trade them for a few of the ones you have listed if you're interested.

You may as well just sell them on ebay, if you're looking for cash. I doubt anyone here will offer you what you're looking for, since you're likely looking for ebay prices anyway, which brings us full-circle.

Yeah, if you're looking for eBay prices I won't pay that, but I will pay something fairly high provided that it:

1. Keeps in mind I'm a poor collector who ONLY wants it for collecting and will never resell it.

2. It isn't as much as you see on eBay.

Thus, I will never pay like $500 for this thing though you could probably get it on there, maybe more like, man I don't know, $150?

$500 on ebay, please Stan. More like 800 on ebay for it, CIB maybe even $1000. $500 for a loose copy is a good deal anymore, forget a CIB copy. I would pay 150 for the box right now, lol.

Damn, I need to pay attention to the gay more. Well, considering that, I'd pay no more than $200.

Hey nut, where's the link to your website (maybe I'm just blind) and does it have pics of this stuff?

Also, if I BIN the loose duck hunt cart you have on eBay for $5000, will you chip in for the shipping?

My mantra, as worded by SamSpade on 06/12/12:
I don't resell to fund my collection, I don't treat this hobby like a second job, I don't care if my collection is worth ten bucks or ten thousand because I never plan on selling it. Seriously, what does the value have to do with anything if you never plan on selling? Speculation doesn't mean jack shit to me at this point, I just want to play my nes games...

I showed you his page Basil...remember the CIB matched Myriad that I said he was a lucky shit for owning...

And Mark, what'll it take to score that Myriad man...probably can't afford it, but I'd like to at least try

"It's always amazing to me how some of the most worthless games from a gaming perspective tend to fetch outrageous amounts of money. But then again, it could be said that something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. I'm curious if the high bidder of the $873.04 Stadium Events (cart-only) realizes that it's nowhere nearly as rare as about 20+ games I can think of that sell for 1/10th that amount?  At any rate, I wanted to draw attention to this trend: if people say it's rare, it must be true, and therefore it must be had at any price."

LOL $200 for Myriad... NGD is closer. However if he's willing to pay $150 and guessing it would go for $800 I would pay the $800 right now and guess it will go in the 4 figures. I see it on eBay at BIN or Best Offer... are you going to go auction style on it if it doesn't sell for that big BIN price?

Probably shouldn't have even bothered trying to sell them here, I doubt most of us would pay eBay rates. I'm not even sure why you bothered, was this just a "see what I have" post?

Not for that price man, freaking hell. That's the last thing I want to see on this forum are posts of "who wants to buy this" that translates to "look what I own and what you'll never own because I'm going to put it on eBay like everyone else."

I'm guessing what he's done there is make a private sort of secret auction for someone. Whoever it is is buying something for that price, and he's making an auction no one else will touch, using the system so he gets his money, the person gets their item without delay, and they both get feedback out if it. I do this a lot.

He's probably just listing it to attract attention to his other auctions

Yeah, but it's not like I committed the site's link to memory

...and I thought the 5k Duck Hunt was just a place-holder at first, but I'm starting to think maybe not.

It's not worth anything really. What I meant, if this is what is happening but it seems more likely he's drawing attention, is that say he has Action 52 and someone wants it for $5000, he makes an auction like that that appears to be nothing so no one will bid on it, the person who wanted it wins it, and then they get some feedback out of it. However, now that I think of it, this is unlikely because when I do this, I'll make the auction a dollar and then the bidder will pay the full amount through Paypal or however.

I'm not sure how you interpreted what I said as being smart-ass, I was just trying to explain why you may have done it, so shove off and take your stupid Myriad with you. Why'd you even put it up if you took off the auction? Hopefully, for your sake, you got an outside offer.

Did you mind me asking if you did a trade or cash. My bid was in over $800 on eBay for the Myriad when you closed it...
