Hi all!

I recently got a toploading console and it is playing NTSC games (I'm in Australia), but I heard it plays them at 83.5% speed (and the music of Tecmo Super Bowl agrees with me).

Is there anything you can do to play them at full speed? My television can support both PAL and NTSC, but the NTSC games only have colour when the TV is set to PAL. This makes me think the conversion happens within the console, so there isn't a whole lot I can do. Would an American RF cable do anything at all? Any other solution?

Thanks for any help!

the only thing you can do to play ntsc games at full speed is to buy a ntsc console, and if you do that, you'll have to set your tv at ntsc mode because if you don't you'll see the games in black and white...
