I've long heard that there are a bunch of FF VII variants for the original PS1.  Does anyone know of a definitive list, possibly with photos, of all known NTSC/US variants?  Thanks.

I know that Jason at Game-Rave owns them all (full PS1 set including all known variants), but it looks like he hasn't created a list of them on his site yet. He has been slowly rebuilding his website over the past few years. You might be able to contact him through his website and ask. I don't know how responsive he might be because he doesn't seem to be as active on the forums as he used to be, but he still updates on Facebook fairly often.

Maybe, just once, someone will call me "sir" without adding, "you're making a scene."

Black label has 3 at least:

"Realistic violence" ESRB (first print)

"Masterpiece" misprint.

"Masterpiece corrected, updated ESRB info.

12 misprints?!  That's just poor QC, no matter how you look at it.

Concidering the volume of the copies made for that game and how many print runs it had it's not really too surprising
