Hello all!

I'm no big seller on eBay so, what would be the best price I could get for my stuff on eBay? I mean, the price the highest possible, but that I would be able to sell succesfully in 7 days auction? I have the auction up and running but the price seem too high to some (like pedro)...

Here's the link and tell me about how much would you think it would sold successfully at the best price for me.

I'd say you'd be successful at about 2/3 to 3/4 of the listed price or so... There's nothing in there that really screams rarity/scarcity/drastic rise in future price or anything like that, but it'd make an excellent play setup for anyone looking for a NES for that purpose.

Unless you need the money now, wait until December and sell it then.

Does everything NES sell for higher prices in December?  How long does it last?

Honestly, NES stuff does not really sell any better during the XMAS season. It is generally games that are being bought for gifts that sell very well on ebay during XMAS- in other words, more of the current gen or last gen games. Especially the popular obscure games- such as DDR Mario on the gamecube, the karaoke revolution PS2 games, and games such as that.

Whos to say that people dont want nes games for Christmas? And the only place to find such title in a decent amount of time would be e-bay.

The average person does not ask for NES games for XMAS. There is slightly more demand around XMAS, but it does not really push prices up at all. A lot of the resellers stock up for XMAS to be able to carry themselves through. That causes demand and supply to not really surpass each other. On the rare CIB games, those may go up slightly (although sometimes go for less because people have less money to spend on themselves). XMAS is really a crap shoot for the classic systems.

I'm not sure about this — last year in late November, I was selling systems with SMB 1 2 3 for $150! Who knows if they'll get up that high this year, but I'm sure there'll be some increase...

Systems sell a little better. Definitely not for $150, though. I was speaking about games alone.
