Sega kiosk Displays and TG16 display The banners or bezels that used to go in the cases or above the games at toysrus

Anyone following the following:

Proper name for these type of displays?
Where they were displayed? I want to say toysrus. 
Their value? I'm about to list the first 3 on feebay. This set first I have a second as well with nintendo and sega and tg16 displays.

I 2nd this ^. The Genesis one has the damaged corner which appears to be a translite type material by the way the breakage is shaped.

Yeah they are plastic. The backs appear to be effected by the light that was behind them way back in the day. We listed the first round on feebay
As for the second round I got the same ones including a second genesis design that is more of the last run design font. 2 nintendo ones that are cardboard but i remember those being at stores too.
