I really want to keep posting pics but i want to unbox the rest on camera. I will take more pics during that process. Unfortuantly about half of them were warped inward when the shrinkwrapped them. When filled with inserts and games they fatten back up. There are multiples of everything. Ive found 9 ff3 boxes already. There are no manuals though. Here are a couple more teaser pics for the night. I have to move these out of the living room and into storage tonight.

Also, any tips on how to properly sell the extras? I was thinking little by little would be best for the market.

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE KIND WORDS BY THE WAY. MEANS A LOT!

You got an amazing deal. that is the mother-load for any collector. My biggest mother-load would have to be some rare games for $5. There are so many good boxes in there that you could make a bit of money off.

I think it's just amazing you found all those SCs in the first box. I hope it's a hint of the greatness in the rest of the boxes and not just a coincidence. Congrats!

This is an amazing find!!! There have been several I've seen where someone picks up a video rental's old stock of boxes and they're always awesome because of how much rare stuff has been stored away for so long. You are not only a lucky guy that you got this - I guarantee re-sellers, collectors, and other random ppl wanted this one badly. I am happy it went to a NA member and a person who is a real retro collector who goes out and looks for stuff in the wild all the time. I had a similar albeit much smaller pull when the video rental I worked at went out of business a decade ago. A find like this releases some major endorphins!

Would it hurt the boxes to flatten them like the n64 games in the pics? It would save a ton of space.

NES boxes can be tricky to reassemble with out any damage.

I actually laughed out loud at this picture. I mean it's just ridiculous. It's like a picture of a guy squatting and pooping out gold bullion.
