I wouldn't be getting too excited just yet, from what I understand the files that steven has here are for the Saturn? Not sure he has a proto of the same game as above. Unless I missed something.

It was not playable, from some eye witness I contacted.

Just a friday morning unreleased game find  

Bubsy 2 for Sega Game Gear

These discs keep on giving. Not that I've been the biggest Bubsy fan, but still, unreleased is unreleased.

How complete does it seem to be? Any word on that Bubsy 3 demo, btw?

Looks like this could be a GG version of the released Gameboy version of Bubsy II.

found some files from the Dragon's Fury II game for the master system and game gear. no idea if there is any playble roms in it. could it be that the sended it with email back then and it is still in one of the email files ?

I see more detailed pics of that Dave T disc. Yolk's contents are pretty interesting, I really wish there were a way to know for sure what it was.

The Dragon's Fury 2 stuff just looks like a budget and proposal to me, nothing in the three pics suggests that any work was done on it. Hopefully there's more!

I've been running smspower.org since 1997 where among other things we are cataloguing dumping and releasing Sega 8-bit contents.

If you need any help with identifying the data for Bubsy II (various builds and/or tools and/or unknown files, etc.), Dragon's Fury 2 or anything related to the Master System and Game Gear, I'd be very happy to help.
Needless to say it'll be super nice if that Bubsy II dump could be released and if there is a way we can assist you to make that happen don't hesitate to ask.

I've been asking myself the same question lately. I missed this stuff because I was on hiatus for a while. I keep wondering what else I didn't see!
 

Is this something that's still available? I own several dev consoles (PS1, PS3, Saturn) and would be be very interested in reading these.
