Infinite nes board for repro help

I never made a repro before but I was wondering which board I would need to make a new ghostbusters 2 prototype with? Can I use a nes lives board?

don't know. if you're going the flash route, you also need a flasher.

Yeah I figured to get the flasher bundled with it and make a snes proto in the future when I have more funds.
