I was lucky enough to pick this up from a local Iowa pawn shop last year very cheaply. I have been looking for information on it ever since with little luck. I was probably looking in the wrong places. Lol! I appreciate any info that you may lead me to. thanks in advance!

What's the value and how many produced??

Looks like a pirate. Interesting finding this in the wild. Probably could get a easy $40 out of it.

This is a pirate game, which takes sounds and music from Street Fighter, so it might even be a hack of Street Fighter. (?)

I'd be interested in picking this up if you are willing to sell it but the game was obviously pirated/reproduced. Look at how stretched the photo is on the cart label. Also, no manual and the box looks to be in excellent condition. The cart holder is also an aftermarket mass produced cart holder. That may have even been made in the last 5-10 years. Looks awesome though!

Sorry.. didn't think about the back. I know for positive it is a pirate game. From what I have read it was made in Mexico somewhere around 1997-2001. And someone was trying to sell them on eBay at that time. It has parts from Dragonball Z and parts from Street Fighter blended together. I have also read that there are very few of these out there. Like maybe a handful. And even fewer that are mint with original box. There never was a manual to the best of my knowledge. So what you see is what you get. There is no back label on the cartridge whatsoever. The cartridge appears to be newly molded and not just another game taken apart and cleaned up. So someone went through a lot of work to produce this.

The last cart only copy that sold on eBay went for $50. But that has been a while now. Someone on the forums in GTZ sent me a link to it.

Yeah I thought that to be kind of odd as well... but you have to look up the guy who wrote it. I found some info on him as well.

Sounds like the person made the cart, box, googled 'Dragonball z' and pulled the first block of text they found. Copy/paste and good to go.

Another interesting note...the UPC on the back points to the SNES version of Aladdin o_O . As others have said, certainly a pirate, and probably worth $30-$50 with the box in that nice of shape.
