I am a long-haired metal dude who used to work in the video game industry three separate times: 1) in the 90's at Sierra Online 2) I ran my own professional game review web site & 3) I did sfx and original music for an indie game. 

However, I have a confession to make, I really wasn't a Nintendo fan until recently. As a young kid, I skipped over the NES and went straight to the mighty Commodore 64. Then out of college, working at Sierra it was all about MSDOS and Windows 95/98...so I skipped consoles through the 90's. However, now as I run my YouTube retro gaming channel, I am discovering many classic Nintendo games for the 1st time, and loving it!

I use a really cool application called Delicious LIbrary, but it's Mac OSX only. The great thing about it is it uses the web cam to scan bar codes to automatically add games to your library (plus cover art) and it has 1-button publish to the web. Very easy!

I've been very lucky and had a bunch of popular YouTuber channels feature me in their PAX videos. It's really lead to a bunch of new subscribers!

That Game Deals party was a lot of fun, but unfortunately security broke it up after a couple of hours.

I was wondering.  Looked like a packed, loud, and sauced crowd.  Thought to myself, how does one throw such a part in a hotel room/condo/apartment and not get bitched at by neighbors?

i'd love to hear some stories from when you were at Sierra. i spent hours upon hours in the early 90's pointing & clicking through as many of their titles that i could get my hands on! Even Eduactional stuff like Dr. Brain and Ecoquest were fun

BTW, someone really needs to make Jones in the Fast Lane for the NES. seriously.
