Could just be a later version. I pulled the one I have complete in box and I have the same pcb as you.

No one cares about backs of common carts either. They can very well be swapped out placed for no rhyme.or reason in production.

This is why I keep stressing someone should make and sticky a thread on here about what to spot for an ACTUAL fake game. People are too sensitive to differences thinking that even if their legit chips numbers dont match its fake, even if the game is $3. Smarten up peeps!

It looks like it's an early print. Later versions have Konami on the chips and use Konami boards.

I made a post years ago for this reason. It didn't get stickied, and likely won't, most likely due to personal bias of a specific mod or 2 who's still on the "mod squad".

Come on dude, a fake TMNT 1 cartridge? Do you really even need to ask? Even so, a pirate TMNT cart is probably worth more than a real one.
