Mine shipped too. I'm guessing I was close to #5 or so in line.

I bought mine right away (a little after midnight) but paid by eCheck so no idea if I was one of the first orders, or one of the later orders. It doesn't really matter anyway. I got an email today that my copy shipped, so I'm happy.

Airball carts are now shipping regularly! For those that don't have one yet, there is

created by the guys at www.retrowaretv.com that shows some in game video.

technically the rights still belong to someone...the creator of the game I would suppose...

Like all reproductions, this one is completely illegal. The copyright on the code is good for probably about 80 more years. Even if the company has disappeared, the copyright reverts to the original author or authors. It would likely not be possible to get the rights, because the game idea, game code, and game licensing all belong to different companies. Of those Tengen/Atari has been split and sold many many times, and Novotrade and Michtron don't seem to be around anymore. Any of those three could sue for various reasons, but it will cost them too much just to figure out how to show they have rights.

I think the NWC repro would be a have a better chance over being sued for than airball. Then again I don't think Nintendo would bother over such a low amount of carts and with a game they're not planning on producing themselves.

That's a clever way to do it. Wish I would have read this before I gashed open that seal.

So what did you do to make up the boxes? It would be nice to make up some SMB/DH boxes and other games that didn't come with boxes. Just my thoughts..
oh and i just ordered one from you and a Sudoku. Getting any NWC's made up anytime soon?

Some people have mentioned that, but the market just may not be big enough for the minimum order size. Rough estimate is 200+ boxes for each game sold for $10 each. There are at least 5 games without boxes that I could do, not including fake Stadium Events The minimum order size is also why I am not making boxes for Sudoku. Most places will have a 1000 unit minimum, so 250 is good!

A box for the PowerPak and the NWC would be awesome, from looking at the pic though are these boxes not full size are they? They look as though they don't need the styrofoam insert, if so are they small enough to print out with a standard printer or are they still a little too wide. Is there some sort of template being used to make the boxes for Airball I wouldn't mind making some boxes for my repro carts.

I ordered a copy of Airball today. My little Christmas present to myself.

Hey Bunnyboy Ive been asking around on other forums aboot a prototype game called Buzz and Waldog (mapper156) unfortunately it doesn't work with the PowerPak but now you have released Airball it brought another question to mind could it be possible to recreate this game too, as far as anyone knows there is 2 copies out there I believe DreamTR and TheRedEye are the only 2 owners out there. (Hope I got that right) maybe they would be willing to let you see that prototype for a possible release from you.

SMB/DH did come in a box, it's called the NES Action Set.

Definitely. Super Mario/Duck Hunt would be a sweet ass box. I can't imagine you having a hard time getting rid of those.

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poking me in the ribs and cackling, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started doing the same thing to them at funerals.
