Hey everyone,

Recently bought a Japanese copy of the game Slime World and it seems to be screwed. The game plays as normal, apart from blocky visual corruption in a lot of the graphics. I made a 30 second clip to illustrate the problem below:





I reckon that maybe one of the chips on the board is screwed. I have tried the game in 3 different Mega Drives, 2 model 2 systems and 1 model 1, and exactly the same issue is present in each case. Of course, the game has been thoroughly cleaned before I even tried it in my system.

Would it be worth me opening the cart up to see if I can fix anything, or should I basically give up on it?
