I think there loose prices are probably very acurate, but the complete in box is way off, they rely on ebay seller logic, and they don't take condition into account (I've seen CIB games get listed in the new category), the complete in box is a complete mess, but it gives you a rough idea of the value.
To be honest, they should only provide data for loose games, the other stuff relies far too much on condition, what is complete in box to people, a lot of things.
